Apricot Canapes Recipe

For those who are not prepared for Thanksgiving yet, here’s a 10-minute Thanksgiving recipe of ‘Apricot Canapes’:

Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 16 dried apricots
  • 8 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 ounces chopped shelled pistachios
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Freshly ground pepper


Top each apricots with 1/2 teaspoon cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pepper.


Buffalo Chicken Cobb Recipe

Got to love fresh vegetables mixed in with chicken! Here’s a great recipe for that:

    25 1/2ounce frozen buffalo-style boneless chicken wings
  • 2
    hearts of romaine lettuce, halved or quartered
  • 1 1/2
    cups sliced celery and/or carrots
  • 1/2
    cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4
    cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4
    teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2
    small lemons
